2026 Exhibition of Alpine Photograph Japan (2026 APJ)
The 2026 All Japan Mountain Photography Exhibition (2026 APJ Exhibition) was held at the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum from May 20th (Wed) to May 27th (Wed). We were able to welcome over 4,000 visitors over the eight days. Thank you very much for your visit.

2027 Exhibition of Alpine Photograph Japan (2027 APJ)
We would like to inform you about the dates, venue, and call for entries for the 2027 Exhibition of Alpine Photograph Japan (2027 APJ).
As 2027 marks the 80th anniversary of our association’s founding, this will be an 80th-anniversary commemorative exhibition.
To celebrate this milestone, we will also feature a special exhibition of members’ work themed around the “100 Famous Japanese Mountains.”
Exhibition Period: June 6th (Sun) – June 13th (Sun), 2027
Venue: Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum (Ueno Park, Tokyo)
Application Period: December 14th – December 25th, 2026 (Applications must arrive by this date)Submissions from members will be accepted from November 2 to November 13, 2026.
Submission guidelines, entry forms, and other relevant information can be found on the members’ page.
The application period for the open call is from December 14 to December 25, 2026.

We are inviting submissions from elementary, junior high, and high school students.
We hope that students across the country will take an interest in Japan’s beautiful natural environment by observing it, and we look forward to receiving their work.
The submission deadline is February 26, 2027.
